Man Shot Twice In Chest In East Harlem

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was seriously hurt in a shooting in East Harlem on Thursday.

Police say shots were fired around 5:15 p.m. at 103rd Street and First Avenue near a White Castle.

A 34-year-old man was shot twice in the chest and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Police say several men were seen running away from the scene. No arrests have been made.
