Cops Investigating Death Of 23-Year-Old Man On Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for clues after a 23-year-old man was found dead in Staten Island on Sunday morning.
Responding to a 911 call, police discovered the man unconscious and unresponsive around 5:12 a.m. near 86 Arlington Place in Mariner's Harbor.
The man, whom police identified as Devon Powell, of Staten Island, suffered trauma to his head, cops said. EMTs pronounced him dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made. Police are still investigating.
