Suspect Arrested In Marble Hill Shooting That Injured Mother Pushing 2-Year-Old In Stroller
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An arrest has been made in the shooting of a mother who was pushing a child in a stroller in Manhattan.
Cody Ball, 27, was escorted from the 50th Precinct in the Bronx on Tuesday. He faces multiple charges, including attempted murder and robbery.
Police say he opened fire in Marble Hill on Thursday, striking 28-year-old Tatiana Guzman in the leg in front of her 2-year-old daughter.
Investigators say she was not the intended target. She is OK, and the child was not hurt.
