Man Rescued After Car Plunges Into Water On Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A car drove headlong into a partially frozen creek on Staten Island Tuesday morning.
The incident took place at the JCC Family Fitness center Arthur Kill Road and Woodrow Road in Arden Heights at around 11:15 a.m.

The driver of the car, and 80-year-old man, was rescued. He was taken to Staten Island University Hospital. He's said to be in good condition.
