MTA Bus Crashes Into Rockaway Park Deli
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The driver of a MTA bus crashed into a deli in the Rockaway Park section of Queens on Thursday morning.
A photo of the incident shows the Q35 bus on the sidewalk in front of the Rockaway Farm Deli & Grill on Beach 116th Street and Newport Road.
Officials say the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed at around 11:15 a.m.
The driver was the only person on board at the time of the crash, officials say. He was not injured.
