Police Release Video Of Suspect In Fatal Stabbing Of Livery Cab Driver In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have released new surveillance video of the man they said stabbed and killed a livery cab driver in Brooklyn.
It happened back in September. Investigators said 35-year-old Rafael Veras was stabbed in the torso more than a dozen times as he sat in his car at Shepherd and Dumont avenues in East New York.
The attacker took nothing and left Veras to die, still secured by his seat belt, police said. It was Veras' first night on the job.
Police said the surveillance video shows the suspect before the incident.
