Man Shot, Killed During Quarrel In Bronx Beauty Salon
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was shot and killed late Tuesday in a beauty salon in the Bronx.
Police said around 5:45 p.m., gunfire broke out after a quarrel in the Believe Beauty Spa, at East Tremont Avenue and Southern Boulevard in the West Farms section of the Bronx.
Arriving at the scene, officers found Julio Lebron, 29, of the Bronx, unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds.
Lebron was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The shooter took off and the investigation continued late Tuesday.
As of late Tuesday, police were not saying what the quarrel was about or whether the victim knew the shooter.
