Boy reunited with family after being found alone on Bronx street
NEW YORK - Police say a little boy who was found alone late Monday night in the Bronx has been reunited with his family.
Authorities said a 29-year-old man found the child around 11 p.m. at the corner of Randall and Olmstead avenues in Castle Hill.
He appeared to be in good health and was taken to Jacobi Hospital for evaluation.
Tuesday morning, police said the boy's parents called 911, saying the door was unlocked and he got out overnight.
They were reunited, and authorities said there did not appear to be any criminality.
