Boomer and Craig were all smiles Wednesday morning after the Yankees and Mets came out on the winning side of things in their respective baseball contests Tuesday night.
The Yanks got a grand slam off of the bat of Alex Rodriguez in their 8-4 win over the Twins in the Bronx, while Jacob deGrom spearheaded a 5-3 Mets victory in Baltimore.
Craig was beside himself after his guy A-Rod's long ball, and his big blonde radio partner was feeling pretty darn good about Jacob's "deGromination."
Meanwhile, word is the Jets are getting ready to sign themselves another quarterback. Assuming he passes his physical, journeyman Matt Flynn will be competing for time under center.
