Authorities: Newark Mother Of 4 Found Dead After Being Reported Missing
NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were investigating the death of a Newark mother of four whose body was found this past weekend, days after she was reported missing.
Patricia Hiciano, 37, was found dead in her apartment, in the 900 block of South 20th Street in Newark, on Saturday afternoon, according to the Essex County, New Jersey Prosecutor's office.
Hiciano had been reported missing on an unspecified day last week, prosecutors said.
The cause and manner of her death were pending an autopsy by the Regional Medical Examiner's office.
The investigation continued late Monday, prosecutors said.
