More brightening is expected this afternoon. It will also be a bit muggier than yesterday, so while the thermometer may only reach the mid 80's, it will feel more like 90°.

Tonight's looking mostly clear and quiet, but our temperatures won't fall off quite as much as last night... mid to low 70's.

Tomorrow will feature mostly sunny skies and even hotter temperatures: low 90's! And it will still be a bit humid out there, so it will feel more like the mid 90's.

The heat will persist right through the end of the week with low 90's and muggy conditions expected. And, of course, if we see three 90+° degree days, we can call it a heat wave!

Some storms are possible, as well, on both Thursday and Friday. We'll have have more details on that in the days to come.
