4/20 CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Justin Lewis

A big area of high pressure will continue to slide down from Canada; this will keep our skies pretty bright the remainder of the afternoon. As for temperatures, they'll be just a touch cooler than yesterday in the mid to upper 60s.

It will remain clear and cool through tonight. And cool enough, at least, to issue frost advisories for a few of our counties to the north. Expect temps in the city to fall into the upper 40s by daybreak.

We'll see sun to start the day tomorrow with a few more clouds into the afternoon. And with winds out of the south and west, we should see a decent bump in our temps, as well. Highs tomorrow will be in the low to mid 70s.

We'll see more in the way of shower activity on Friday as our next cold front approaches. It will be rather warm, too, with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

As for this weekend, we're looking pretty good overall with a decent amount of sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 60s.
