12/10 CBS2 Wednesday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS 2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Morning Everyone!

OK, so yesterday was rough. We had wind, flooding, heavy snow, and even some power issues.

The only elements hanging around today are the wind, and a little snow. As the second half of the low wraps around, it's going to pick up some colder air and give us some light snow -- primarily north of the city, but even some of the 'burbs could be seeing flakes.

We're only topping out near 40 degrees today with some not getting above the lower 30s. Those areas could stack up more snow, but only a few inches.

Snow lingers into Thursday with a similar situation, but the low pushes farther away so the risk is lowered each day moving on.

Stay warm today, the wind is a biter! Check back in soon.
