1 Pedestrian Dead, Another Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car On UES
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A man is dead and a woman is hospitalized after they were hit by a car while crossing an Upper East Side street Saturday night.
It happened around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of 62nd Street and Lexington Avenue, 1010 WINS reported.
As 1010 WINS reported, the woman is being treated at New York Presbyterian Hospital and is said to be in stable condition.
Police say the driver remained on the scene.
The identities of the victim have not been released.
No charges have been filed yet, but the investigation is ongoing.
