Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid split up after seven months of dating: report
There must be something in the air in Hollywood, because another young couple has apparently called it quits.
Former One Direction member Zayn Malik and model Gigi Hadid have reportedly split up after just seven months of dating, though a source tells E! News that the couple has "broken up and got back together a few times."
"Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow," the source added. "It's all very unclear what's going on between them now. They been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along."
"Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out. It's more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close."
Malik and Hadid first sparked dating rumors in November, and she appeared cozying up to him in his "PillowTalk" video, which was released in January. They made their official red carpet debut as a couple just one month ago, at the 2016 Met Gala.
