Woman says she was beaten, carjacked in Dallas parking garage

DALLAS - A woman say two men pulled her out of her BMW in a downtown Dallas parking garage, and brutally beating her before taking off in her car, reports CBS DFW.

"They kept hitting me and kept hitting me ... I just kept saying 'Jesus, Jesus.' Then they threw me on the ground," said Sarah Hoff of the Jan. 21 attack. "One of them punched me one time, the other one punched me twice."

The attack happened behind a secure iron gate in a parking garage on Main Street, Hoff said.

She believes the men followed her inside before the gate closed. The special education teacher suffered a black eye, bruises and several cuts from the beating. Hoff said she has no idea who her attackers were and wonders how she will explain her battered face to the special education class she teaches.

"I just know I feel pain. I can't bear to look at myself in the mirror because I don't want to see what they did to me, 'cause I just don't get it," said Hoff tearfully.

Hoff said Dallas Police told her a security camera video recorded the car leaving the garage, but no suspects have been identified in the case.
