Utah teacher accused of sexual relationship with 2nd student

OGDEN, Utah - Prosecutors have filed additional charges against a former Davis High School teacher after a second student at the Kaysville, Utah school came forward to report having a sexual relationship with the woman.

The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reports that 35-year-old Brianne Altice is now charged with four counts of rape and two counts of sodomy. The new charges were filed last month.

Altice is accused of engaging in sexual activities with two teenage boys last year.

She pleaded not-guilty to the previous charges. She has not entered a plea on the new ones.

Her attorney Ed Brass was not immediately available for comment Monday. Brass has said previously his client didn't use her position as a teacher to persuade the first teen to have a sexual relationship.

Altice is due back in a Farmington court Friday.
