Tom Hiddleston on Taylor Swift: "It's not a publicity stunt"

Tom Hiddleston has gone on record to make clear that his dating Taylor Swift isn't just for show.
The "Avengers" star was discussing his first Emmy nomination -- for "The Night Manager," which was announced Thursday -- with the Hollywood Reporter when the topic of who he might bring as a date to the Sept. 18 ceremony came up.
"I don't. I didn't even know I could. It's 4 in the morning here," Hiddleston, on the phone from the Australia set of "Thor: Ragnarok," said with a laugh.
The interviewer then pressed him on how some speculate that his very public relationship with Swift doesn't quite pass the smell test.
"Well, um. How best to put this?" he responded. "That notion is -- look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we're very happy. Thanks for asking. That's the truth. It's not a publicity stunt."
So there you have it.
