TV: Saying goodbye to "Young Sheldon" | Watch Video
Iain Armitage, star of the CBS comedy "Young Sheldon," has pulled off a magic trick: helping carry a network TV hit for seven seasons while also growing up. "Sunday Morning" remembers some of the notable figures who left us this week, including "B-movie" director Roger Corman, whose production company helped launch the careers of such filmmakers as Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese and James Cameron.

FASHION: Meet Stan Herman, the elder statesman of American fashion (Video)
He's the most prolific fashion designer you've never heard of, and while he may not be a household name, Stan Herman has dressed millions of households, and has also designed uniforms for a multitude of companies, from TWA and Avis to McDonald's and FedEx. Correspondent Alina Cho talks with the 95-year-old Herman, who recently recounted his extraordinary career in the memoir, "Uncross Your Legs: A Life in Fashion."

For Peggy Means of Dowagiac, Mich., Mother's Day was just another "X" on the calendar, just another day without her daughter, Jennifer, who in 2017 was critically injured in a car crash before slipping into a coma. FROM THE ARCHIVES: Meet stunt woman Jeannie Epper (YouTube Video)
Jeannie Epper, a groundbreaking performer who did stunts for many of the most important women of film and television action of the 1970s and '80s (including star Lynda Carter on TV's "Wonder Woman") has died. She was 83. In this CBS News profile first broadcast on May 3, 1979, Dan Rather interviewed Epper about the hazards of her profession.
