Teresa Giudice to be released early from prison

Teresa Giudice will be getting out of prison a few months shy of her original 15-month sentencing.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey"star will be let out of the Danbury, Connecticut, Federal Correctional Institution on Feb. 5, 2016, two months earlier than expected.

Giudice started her prison sentence on Monday when she turned herself in around 3 a.m.

The Bravo star was sentenced on Oct. 2, 2014 to serve time after she and her husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to fraud charges in March 2014. The 39-count indictment filed in July 2013 included bank fraud, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa and her husband, both age 42, earned more than $5 million from their fraudulent behavior.
