Taylor Swift really wants to teach you about New York

Taylor Swift loves New York. A lot.

The 24-year-old singer leads her new album, "1989", off with a song about the city that never sleeps and was even named its new global ambassador.

And Swift isn't taking this job lightly. She's released a batch of videos with NYCGo in an effort to enlighten the world about her new favorite city.

In one of the videos, she offers a few New York City vocab words, like "Bodega" and "Stoop".
