Taylor Swift: Being a pop star is "not that hard"
If anyone thinks global pop superstardom is a burden, Taylor Swift is here to tell you otherwise.
The singer and newly-minted member of Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women list says traveling the world on her "1989" tour isn't so difficult.
"It's not that hard, I'm telling you now it's really not," she told BBC Radio 1. "Sometimes I really don't think it's that hard at all."
The best part of that not-so-hard job, she added, is feeling like she's "really worked for something" once she goes off stage.
"That's the best part of this [touring]. When you walk off stage and you're drenched in sweat and you're tired and your legs hurt... it feels like you're really working for the job," Swift said. "It's nice to feel tired after a show. I'm like 'Oh my God, I'm finally doing something.' I really like the feeling of: 'You know what? I've been busy. I deserve this watching two hours of TV at the end of the night.'"
But, there is one thing she says is hard about hitting the road: "I do have to leave the cats behind when I leave the country, which is the hardest part."
