Sylvester Stallone shares first "Rocky" spinoff photo with Michael B. Jordan
Sylvester Stallone has unveiled the first photo from the upcoming "Rocky" reboot, "Creed."
"Get ready to go for it!" he wrote on Instagram, alongside the picture, which finds him in familiar "Rocky" attire -- in the ring, alongside actor Michael B. Jordan, who's playing Adonis Creed.
The "Fruitvale Station" actor is portraying the grandson of Rocky's previous rival, Apollo Creed, who was played by Carl Weathers in the original "Rocky" movies.
"Creed" will also star Phylicia Rashad and Tessa Thompson, along with boxers Anthony Bellew and Andrew Ward.
Directed by Ryan Coogler ("Fruitvale Station"), "Creed" opens on Nov. 25.
