From his "Winter White House" at the Trump family's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, the president tweeted away his thoughts on everything from climate change and North Korea to the demands he might set on the table next year for Democrats in finding a legislative fix to President Obama's soon-to-expire DACA program.
In addition to running the country and brushing up on his golf game in the Sunshine State, Mr. Trump granted a rare 30-minute interview to The New York Times on Thursday in which he repeatedly denied collusion with Russians during the election and said that special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation would soon reach a "fair" conclusion.
This week on a New Year's Eve edition of "Face the Nation," Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina will join us to talk about the GOP's hits and misses from 2017 and his party's political and legislative paths to success in 2018 with midterm elections on the horizon.
We'll take a look at what issues are sure to surface on Capitol Hill with a bipartisan congressional panel that includes Republican Reps. Will Hurd of Texas and Mark Meadows of North Carolina and Democratic Reps. Joe Crowley of New York and Debbie Dingell of Michigan.
