J.J. Abrams shares "Star Wars: Episode VII" update

"Star Wars: Episode VII" director J.J. Abrams gave fans a brief update on the film's progress on Sunday, also known as Star Wars Day (May 4 = "May the 4th be with you!").

Abrams and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan recorded a video message from London, where production on the film is taking place, and shared it on YouTube.

The two didn't reveal much, but Abrams did mention that more casting announcements are still to come.

Last week, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Domhnall Gleeson, Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis and Max von Sydow were officially revealed as cast members, alongside returning stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill.
