Slash files for divorce from wife of 13 years

On Tuesday, Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Perla Ferrar Hudson, according to TMZ.

Slash, whose real name Saul Hudson, is citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking joint custody over his children: 12-year-old London and 10-year-old Cash.

TMZ says things got especially rocky when Perla unexpectedly flew to Hawaii with the kids on Sunday.

Sources say that upon leaving, she delivered an ultimatum: Slash had to right his wrongs by New Year's Day or else.

This isn't the first time the couple considered parting ways. In 2010, Slash filed but withdrew two months later.

Slash's marriage to Ferrar is his second. He was previously married to actress Renne Suran. They ended their five-year union in 1997.
