Sarah Jessica Parker to return to HBO with comedy series
Sarah Jessica Parker is heading back to a place she knows well: HBO.
The 50-year-old actress will star in a half-hour comedy called "Divorce," portraying Frances, a "woman who suddenly begins to reassess her life and her marriage, and finds that making a clean break and a fresh start is harder than she thought," according to HBO.
Thomas Haden Church will play her husband, Robert, while Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam will protray Frances' friends.
Shooting for "Divorce" will get underway next year in New York.
