Robin Thicke publicly apologizes again to Paula Patton at BET Awards

When it comes to Paula Patton, Robin Thicke is willing to go to great lengths to "Get Her Back."

At Sunday's BET Awards, the "Blurred Lines" singer made another public apology to his estranged wife before performing a rendition of his new song, "Forever Love."

"I'd like to dedicate this song to my wife and say I miss you and I'm sorry and this is called 'Forever Love,'" Thicke said to the audience before his performance.

The track can be found on Thicke's latest album, the aptly titled "Paula," which is dedicated to Patton, 38, and includes song titles such as "Get Her Back," "Love Can Grow Back" and "Too Little Too Late."

Thicke, 37, has been on an apologetic media blitz ever since the couple first announced their separation in February, in an effort to reconcile with his high school sweetheart and wife of almost a decade. The split came after photos were published capturing Thicke partying with various women, and several months after his risque performance with Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards.

In February, soon after news of their separation first broke, Thicke apologized to Patton on stage during a performance in Virginia before launching into a rendition of "Lost Without You."

The couple have been married since 2005. Their son, Julian, was born in April 2010.
