Report: Body of missing FSU student found atop building

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The body of a missing Florida State University student was found on the roof of a building in Tallahassee Tuesday, reports CBS affiliate WPEC.

Ryan Uhre, 23, of Weston, was reported missing by friends on February 7. He was last seen Sunday, Feb. 2 at around 8:30 p.m. at a Tallahassee bar where he was reportedly watching the Super Bowl with friends. According to a news release by the FSU Police Department, Uhre left the bar alone and did not show up at home later that night.

The building where Uhre’s body was found is in the area where he was last seen, reports CBS affiliate WTSP.

No foul play is suspected at this time, Tallahassee Police Department Public Information Officer Dave Northway told CBS affiliate WCTV on Tuesday.

He said the investigation is still ongoing and would not say how Uhre died or release any information on the condition of his body or how he ended up there.

Uhre reportedly graduted from FSU in December but was continuing to take a class on campus this semester.
