"Powerpuff Girls" reboot debuts first look, new cast
Get ready for a new dose of crime-fighting girl power.
Cartoon Network unveiled the first look at its "Powerpuff Girls" reboot, showing the new versions of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup.
The network also announced the trio of actresses that will provide the voices of the heroes who'll be saving the world before bedtime -- Amanda Leighton ("The Fosters") will voice Blossom, Kristen Li will voice Bubbles and Natalie Palamides will be the voice of Buttercup

Tom Kenny will be reprising his role as the Narrator/Mayor, Cartoon Network said. The reboot is being executive produced by Nick Jennings ("Adventure Time") and Bob Boyle ("Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!).
The original "Powerpuff Girls" premiered on Cartoon Network in 1996 and had a 78-episode run, as well as a feature film released in 2002.
The new reboot is expected to premiere next year.
