Cops: Baltimore girl, 4, found unharmed after carjacking
BALTIMORE --Police say a 4-year-old girl was in the backseat when two suspects stole her mother's vehicle from outside a pizza shop, reports CBS Baltimore.
An officer responded to a report of a carjacking near Filippo's Pizzeria around 8:15 p.m. Sunday, according to a police report. The owner of the vehicle then told police that she had been inside the parlor talking to her husband, while her sister and her daughter waited in the car, according to the station.
A witness said that two black men approached the car with a handgun and pulled the owner's sister out by her hair, according to CBS Baltimore. One was reportedly wearing a light gray hoodie with an eagle on the back and the other was seen dressed in all black.
Afterwards, the two suspects reportedly drove off with the 4-year-old still in the backseat. The child was later found unharmed a few blocks away on a street corner.
The vehicle has not been found, according to the station.
