Piers Morgan and Lady Gaga feud over PTSD, rape
Following a slew of tweets concerning the validity of Lady Gaga’s recent admission of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Piers Morgan may have to put his money where his mouth is.
The British journalist engaged in a social media confrontation with the “Perfect Illusion” singer on Tuesday following his comments questioning Lady Gaga’s claims about suffering from PTSD and sexual assault.
No.

Lady Gaga & Madonna have both made ALLEGATIONS of rape many years after the event.
No police complaint, no charges, no court case. https://t.co/N8oWjcMKAC
I don't know who you are, let alone tell you that you weren't raped.

I remain sceptical about Madonna & Lady Gaga's claims. https://t.co/A8kmcBeJJI
“It is a daily effort for me, even during this album cycle, to regulate my nervous system so that I don’t panic over circumstances that to many would seem like normal life situations,” Gaga recently wrote about her condition. “Examples are leaving the house or being touched by strangers who simply want to share their enthusiasm for my music.”
The 30-year-old pop star also recently praised Madonna for opening up about her own experience with rape during the 2016 Billboard Women in Music event.
Following Morgan’s controversial tweets, Gaga quickly attempted to set the record straight, mentioning her advocacy work with Vice President Joe Biden and offering to speak to the 51-year-old television personality in person.
@piersmorgan I've work w/ our VP Joe Biden on helping educate people about why women don't report, would love to share it w/ you some time.

OK, you're on.
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
Let's do an interview about this & you can tell me why I'm wrong to be sceptical. https://t.co/CFLOL06Emq
@piersmorgan would also love to talk with you about PTSD, that it's not just a "military" disorder. There is a mental health youth epidemic.

I know numerous soldiers with PTSD, it's a very serious thing.
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
I also know people who claim to have it but clearly don't.
Let's talk... https://t.co/ZTk5mSZLBt
Morgan then went on to ask Gaga if she could “handle” him, to which the singer responded, “Yes Mr. Morgan, I can handle u. Surprised you would question that. Was that the 1st question of our interview?”
@piersmorgan if you continue to shame me in the process of kindly agreeing to interview w/ u I'll happily do the interview with someone else

OK.

If you're big enough to do this, I'm big enough to play fair too. https://t.co/L4CT1qtn4N
