"Mr. Incredible" sought in Phila. cab driver assault

PHILADELPHIA -- Police say they are searching for a man dressed as the popular Disney-Pixar character "Mr. Incredible" after he allegedly assaulted a taxi driver, reports CBS Philly.

Officials say a man punched a taxi driver and ran away -- instead of paying his fare -- on Halloween night.

According to NJ.com, police say the cab driver had let two passengers out at a 7-11 and he followed the two to collect the $40 fare for the ride. The confrontation escalated when the suspect allegedly punched the cabbie in the face.

He was then taken to a nearby hospital with a cut on his face, according to the website.

Surveillance footage from that night shows the suspect, along with a woman, dressed as characters from "The Incredibles," according to CBS Philly.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 215.686.TIPS (8477).
