Parental leave by the numbers

Netflix's new parental leave policy is likely to draw envy from those who work at companies that offer less generous benefits. The streaming company announced on Tuesday it's providing "unlimited" leave for mothers and dads with full pay within the first year of a birth or adoption.

Not to be outdone, Microsoft announced a change to its parental leave policy on Wednesday. The company will increase total paid leave for new mothers to 20 weeks; new fathers will get 12 paid weeks. Here's how other big companies compare:
