NYPD: Man charged in Bronx teen's shooting death provided gun
NEW YORK -- The New York Police Department has arrested Dale Weston, 42, in connection with what they say was an accidental shooting that left a Bronx teen dead.
According to the NYPD, the 16-year-old female found shot to death at a Bronx apartment building last week accidentally shot herself, but they believe Weston provided her the gun.
After searching for him, police arrested and charged the 42-year-old, who lives in the building where there the teen was found, with criminally negligent homicide, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
