According to the NYPD, the 16-year-old female found shot to death at a Bronx apartment building last week accidentally shot herself, but they believe Weston provided her the gun.

After searching for him, police arrested and charged the 42-year-old, who lives in the building where there the teen was found, with criminally negligent homicide, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
