Nicki Minaj to open MTV VMAs on Sunday
Nicki Minaj is heading to MTV's Video Music Awards this weekend -- and not only that, she's also opening the show.
It marks the third time Minaj has played the VMAs; fans may recall her "Anaconda" performance from last year.
Minaj has had a busy summer, taking her sold-out Pinkprint tour all over the country and overseas.
She'll be joined by some big names at Sunday's VMAs. Also set to perform are Pharrell, Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Justin Bieber and A$AP Rocky.
Miley Cyrus will host this year's awards show.
