New "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" teaser has a surprise guest

President Snow is addressing the nation once again in the latest teaser for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1," but this time someone else has something to say, too.

Like the previous teaser, this one opens with Snow (Donald Sutherland) speaking to Panem, with Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) at his side. A stoic Johanna Mason (Jena Malone) is there too, but that's not the biggest surprise.

That would be that as Panem's leader is speaking, the Capitol-approved dispatch gets disrupted with a transmission from Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) in District 13.

His very important message? "The Mockingjay lives."

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" opens in theaters on Nov. 21. Watch the new teaser below:
