Murder probe in case of wounded driver who crashed into own California home

SAN PABLO, Calif. -- A Northern California man found with bullet wounds, slumped in the driver's seat of a vehicle that crashed into his own home, has died, reports CBS San Francisco.

According to the station, the death of 25-year-old Dante Alexander is now being investigated as a homicide, Contra Costa County sheriff's officials said Thursday.

Deputies found Alexander unconscious Oct. 30. No suspects have been identified in the shooting, according to the sheriff's office.
