"Mr. Robot" releases second season premiere three days early online
"Mr. Robot" fans eager for the show's second season premiere were in for a treat Sunday night -- the computer-savvy ones, at least.
USA surprised the critically acclaimed drama's viewers by making the first episode of the new season available online Sunday evening, three days ahead of the official season premiere.
Just after 5 p.m. EST on Sunday, the network took to social media to announce the surprise preview, which was made available for a short window of time on the USA website and the "Mr. Robot" YouTube channel as well as on Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat via the BuzzFeed Discovery Channel.
