More body parts found at NYC waste transfer station
NEW YORK — More body parts were found at a New York City waste transfer station where on Tuesday a woman’s torso and leg were found, reports CBS New York.
Police continue to search the Metropolitan Transfer Station in the Bronx where the discovery of a woman’s arms followed the grisly Tuesday morning discovery.
The body parts have not yet been identified, police said. The medical examiner will attempt to determine the cause of death, according to officials.
No arrests have been made, and it is not clear if police have suspects or leads on how the body parts ended up at the facility.
