"We don't have anybody outstanding that we're looking for at this point, that the public can help us find," LaJoye-Young said.
Later Monday, LaJoye-Young said the victims included three elementary school-age and younger children, but didn't elaborate about the victims' relationships to one another. Identities were still being confirmed.
LaJoye-Young described the scene as a "horrific thing to be called to" and said "my heart goes out to the families involved here and the community."
