Michelle Obama commissions Kelly Clarkson, Missy Elliott to record single

Even Taylor Swift's squad might not be as star-powered as Michelle Obama's.

The first lady commissioned Kelly Clarkson, Missy Elliott, Diane Warren, Zendaya, Janelle Monae, Lea Michele, Kelly Rowland, Jadagrace and Chloe & Halle to come together and sing a new women's anthem that could become the new "Single Ladies."

Songwriter Diane Warren, a frequent Lady Gaga collaborator, told Billboard of the song, "It's kind of like 'We Are the World' meets 'Lady Marmalade' with these strong voices and strong women. When was the last time you heard a song like this or a record that had this many amazing divas on it? I'm really proud."

Warren wrote the song, and she and Obama enlisted music's biggest stars to record parts for the track. The single went live on iTunes on Wednesday morning, and fans can rock out for a cause -- all proceeds go to the Peace Corps Let Girls Learn Fund.

Lyrics include:

"This is for my girls
All around the world
This is for my girls

There's beauty in your soul
That's what makes you beautiful
Don't let nobody ever make you doubt it
Your heart is free and strong
That's what keeps you keepin' on
Can't keep you down
There ain't no doubt about it
Don't forget it's all about respect
Nothing less will do."
