Mariah Carey makes red carpet debut with billionaire boyfriend
Mariah Carey made her red carpet debut with her billionaire boyfriend, James Packer, on Monday night at the premiere of "The Intern."
The pair, who have been dating since June, have been spotted out together, but this is their first official press appearance -- and they were all smiles.
Carey, 45, and Packer, 48, were first seen together while vacationing in Italy earlier this year. Packer, who is Australian, runs his family's media businesses.
The songstress and her ex Nick Cannon split last year, with Cannon filing for divorce in December. They have two children together.
In May, Cannon spoke with CBS News about the divorce and the importance of their kids, saying, "I'm continuing to do the same thing [take it one day at a time]. You know, I think instead of focusing you know what the media may say and all that it's ultimately the way everyone deals with family -- we put our children first ... and focus on the right things instead of what others may glorify."
