Lorde addresses "SNL" lip-syncing speculation
Apparently some people thought Lorde was lip-syncing during "Saturday Night Live" over the weekend -- but the "Royals" singer is just laughing off the reports.
On Saturday, Lorde performed alongside British electronic duo Disclosure and Grammy winner Sam Smith. But when she took the mic for the song "Magnets," not everyone was convinced Lorde was singing live, according to the songstress.
It prompted the New Zealand singer to defend herself on Twitter, writing: "Wow -- the fact that some people thought I was lip syncing on SNL is an awesome compliment! Goes without saying I have never/will never haha."
