Lin-Manuel Miranda to appear on "Carpool Karaoke"

Afraid you'll miss Lin-Manuel Miranda in "Hamilton"? Tune into "Carpool Karaoke" on the "Late Late Show" instead.

Hamilton

Miranda, who is reportedly leaving his hit Broadway show in July, will get in the passenger's seat with James Corden, along with Audra McDonald, who stars in "Shuffle Along," Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who is in "Fully Committed" and Jane Krakowski, who has a Tony nod for "She Loves Me" -- just in time for the Tony Awards.

Miranda's "Hamilton" is up for a record-breaking 16 nominations at the Tony Awards, and it's definitely not the only thing on the Broadway star's mind: The actor, director, composer and rapper will star in the upcoming "Mary Poppins" sequel alongside Emily Blunt, and his last Broadway show, "In the Heights," was just tapped for a movie adaptation.

The Tony Awards will air live on CBS at 8 p.m. ET on June 12.
