​Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco to divorce after 10 months

Jeremy Renner and his wife, Sonni Pacheco, are splitting up after only 10 months.

The couple wed earlier this year, and according to Gossip Cop, have decided to call it quits.

Pacheco cites "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce documents, the site reports. Also in the docs? She asks that Renner give back her allegedly stolen passport, birth certificate and Social Security card. Pacheco also alleges that their prenuptial agreement should be voided because of "fraud."

Renner and Pacheco welcomed daughter Ava Berlin in March 2013. Pacheco is requesting custody of Ava.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actor, who kept their marriage quiet for a while, explained in September why: "I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life. Privacy issues are important because I want her to go about her day without being bothered."
