Jeb Bush quits another board

Jeb Bush is stepping down from another board of directors of a publicly traded company, according to a new SEC document filed Monday.

The filing says, "On December 23, 2014, John E. ("Jeb") Bush notified Rayonier Inc. (the "Company") that he is resigning from the Company's Board of Directors effective as of December 31, 2014."

Rayonier's statement to the SEC goes on to say, "Mr. Bush stated that there are no disagreements between the Company and him related to the Company's operations, policies or practices."

Rayonier is a Jacksonville, Florida-based forest products supplier that owns forests in the U.S. and New Zealand.

Bush also recently announced he's quitting the boards of Tenet Healthcare and Barclays. All of these departures have come after his announcement that he's actively exploring a 2016 presidential campaign.
