Jake Gyllenhaal gets creepy in new "Nightcrawler" trailer
Jake Gyllenhaal will make your skin crawl in this new "Nightcrawler" trailer.
The crime drama is about a young man, Lou Bloom (Gyllenhaal), who stumbles upon the underground world of Los Angeles freelance crime journalism, and his morals are quickly compromised.
The 33-year-old actor lost an estimated 20 pounds for the role, which makes him extra creepy -- think Christian Bale as "American Psycho" character Patrick Bateman.
Lou Bloom's motto (which is repeated throughout the trailer): "If you want to win the lottery, you have to make the money to buy a ticket."
