Ivanka Trump visits Supreme Court
Ivanka Trump and daughter Arabella visited the Supreme Court Wednesday to hear oral arguments.
The two attended as guests of Justice Anthony Kennedy, who, according to the Supreme Court, extended an invitation to Trump when they met at the inaugural luncheon.
The court announced three decisions Wednesday. They ruled unanimously that a 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy should be able to fight in court for the right to bring her service dog to class with her. The court also ordered a new hearing for a black inmate on death row in Texas who argued his rights were violated when jurors were told that he was more likely to be dangerous in the future because he’s black. And the other opinion was a ruling on an international patent infringement case. Ivanka Trump and her daughter listened the the one oral argument scheduled -- on nursing home arbitration agreements.
