Honest busboy saves Colorado man's Christmas
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - A busboy in Grand Junction and a regular at the diner have a new connection -- more than $3,000 in cash, reports CBS Denver.
Johnny Duckworth works at Randy's Southside Diner and Darrell Cox comes in three or four times a week. After breakfast one day Cox accidentally left $3,000 in cash behind. Duckworth returned it and got $300 as a tip.
"It makes me feel a lot better about people, knowing there are a lot of honest people out here," Cox said.
Duckworth says the thought of pocketing the cash never crossed his mind.
